This summer, I had the honor of creating a breathwork and meditation experience for the new Glow & Go series on the Alo Moves app—a travel-ready wellness collection designed to support your energy, movement, and glow from within.

For my part in the series, I created 10 original meditations: a blend of guided breathwork, presence practices, and calming rituals that require nothing more than your breath, your awareness, and a few quiet minutes wherever you are. These sessions were filmed and recorded at the beautiful 1 Hotel South Beach and divided into two intentional categories: Mindfulness for Travel and Summer Meditations. Together, they form a holistic practice—supporting both your inner stillness and outer radiance, especially during the energy and movement of summer.


The Intention Behind the Series

I believe breathwork is a beauty ritual. It clears the mind, softens the face, resets the nervous system, and brings us back into our natural glow. These sessions are designed to be simple, portable, and deeply nourishing—supporting your real life and real rhythms whether you’re catching a flight, feeling overstimulated, or just need a quick pause to come back to yourself.

This isn’t about perfection or performance—it’s about presence. And sometimes, presence is the most luxurious thing you can give yourself.


Part I: Mindfulness for Travel

These five sessions were created to support the full arc of a journey—from the night before you leave to your return home. Think of them as your calm carry-on.

  1. Unpack + Unwind – A meditation to help you ground and release the tension of pre-travel busyness.
  2. Peace – A calming practice to ease the nervous system and shift you into a relaxed, peaceful state.
  3. In-Flight Breathwork – Designed for your airplane seat: quiet, grounding breathwork for altitude and anxiety.
  4. Travel De-Stress – A reset for overstimulated moments—when you’re on the go but need to slow down inside.
  5. Jet Lag Fix – A revitalizing breath and body awareness session to help you reset your rhythm and energy.

Part II: Summer Meditations

These five meditations were created as soul rituals for summer—helping you drop into the moment, embody joy, and remember that your inner glow is your greatest accessory.

  1. Morning Glow – A sunrise breath + energy tune-up to start your day centered and vibrant.
  2. Sunset Mindset – A wind-down meditation to help you release the day and honor what it gave you.
  3. Glowing Gratitude – A guided gratitude practice to magnify beauty and shift into heart-led presence.
  4. Social Butterfly Reset – A gentle breathwork session to help you reset after social overload and come back to self.
  5. Sunkissed Stillness – A soft, sun-drenched meditation for those moments when you just want to feel everything.

How to Use the Series

Use these meditations any time you need to recenter, recharge, or reconnect. They’re all under 10 minutes and require no equipment—perfect for hotel rooms, airplanes, poolside lounges, or even five quiet minutes before you head out for dinner.

Pair them with your skincare routine, your morning matcha, or a few drops of your favorite face oil. These aren’t just meditations—they’re rituals. And rituals create space for you to meet yourself again and again.


Beauty Is Breathwork

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that beauty isn’t just something we apply—it’s something we embody. Through the breath, we soften, we reset, we rise.

I hope these sessions serve as a reminder that your glow doesn’t come from where you are or what you wear—it comes from how you feel inside your body, your breath, your being.
